Who We Are

Fluenly is built by a small team based in Dublin, Ireland, brought together by a genuine love of languages and the learning process that comes with them. Like many learners, we know that studying a language and actually speaking it can feel like two very different things.

That is the part we care most about. A lot of language tools are helpful for reading, vocabulary, grammar, or listening, but speaking is often the hardest part to practice consistently. It can be difficult to find the right moment, the right person, or the confidence to start. We created Fluenly to make that part a little easier, more flexible, and easier to return to regularly.

We try to be clear about what the app is and what it is not. Fluenly is not trying to replace every part of language learning or promise more than it should. Its purpose is simple: to help learners practice speaking through realistic scenarios, in a way that feels practical, approachable, and useful in everyday life.

As a small team, we work closely on the product and continue improving it step by step. We regularly refine the experience, add new features, and expand the kinds of speaking practice learners can do inside the app. We are building Fluenly carefully over time, with long-term usefulness in mind.
